Founder & CEO

ERIC Foote

Eric Foote recently served as PointsBet’s Chief Strategy Officer, where he was responsible for building company strategy and transforming the organization to enable scalability across the U.S. and Canada.


Eric maintained a focus on company profitability and was tasked with establishing a company-wide strategic direction that  also translated locally per the needs of PointsBet’s global units.  This included annual strategic planning processes for the global business, as well as communication with the PointsBet Board of Directors & investor-facing communities.  Foote and his strategy team explored organic growth opportunities involving multi-jurisdictional organization  to drive business improvement initiatives, including but not limited to international expansion.


Foote originally joined PointsBet as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer in January 2020, overseeing strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, trading & sports analytics, business intelligence, and assisted with securing the company’s market access portfolio.


Before PointsBet, Eric was Vice President of Business Development & Gaming for CBS Sports, responsible for leading CBS Sports’ strategy and entry into sports betting along with content rights acquisition for live sporting events for Paramount+, securing deals with the UEFA Champions League, the Mountain West Conference, PBR, WSOP, and more.


Following an initial run at CBS Sports as Senior Director of Business Development , Eric was named Vice President of Business Development for Silver Chalice Ventures, now Sinclair Broadcast Group (Stadium), where he spearheaded all business development and strategy initiatives, including opening a Boulder, Colorado office and securing deals with the ACC, Big 12, University of Arkansas, and the University of Kentucky. His career began as an Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs at Pepperdine University where he oversaw the corporate sponsorship , fundraising, media relations, and community relations efforts.


Foote is a native of Iowa and currently resides in Maui with his wife Maggie, and their two children, Cash and Falcon..  He attended Wartburg College where he attained a B.S. in business administration and was the captain of the Knights basketball team.  He received his Master’s in sports administration from Western Illinois University.

Notah Begay III

Notah Begay III, the only full-blooded Native American to have played on the PGA TOUR, was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Begay secured a scholarship to Stanford University where he earned a degree in Economics in addition to earning All- American Honors three times and leading the golf team to a National Championship in 1994.

In addition to winning four PGA TOUR tournaments, Begay became only the third player in the history of professional golf to shoot 59 in a professional event and partnered with close friend, Tiger Woods in the 2000 President’s Cup.


When Begay is not on the golf course, he dedicates his time to positively impacting the Native American community. In 2005, Notah launched The Notah Begay III (NB3) Foundation. The Foundation works to battle obesity and diabetes in the Native American youth. 

Begay has  resumed his playing career on the PGA TOUR Champions Tour and is frequently seen golf commentating on NBC Sports and the Golf Channel.

Advisor - Strategy

Crystal Fisher

Crystal Fisher is an accomplished M&A, strategy, and business development executive with over twenty years of experience across sports, media, entertainment and technology industries. She has served as a trusted executive advisor in charge of formulating and executing new business strategies designed to drive long-term business growth across a multitude of verticals including television and streaming sports rights, sports betting, sports & film SaaS/Marketplace businesses and direct-to-consumer media platforms. She has served as the Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for NBCUniversal’s Television and Streaming division where she led Strategy & Business Development for NBC Sports 
Group, NBC Sports Regional Sports Networks, NBC Sports Next, Fandango and Telemundo Deportes. Within her most recent tenure at NBCUniversal, Ms. Fisher has channeled her skills and passion to diversify revenue streams, to launch and acquire emerging technology businesses, and to lead analysis on NBCUniversal’s tentpole sports media rights deals. Ms. Fisher served as Co-Chair of NBC Sports’ DEI Content Committee and as an Executive Advisor to the Comcast Sports Tech Accelerator. Ms. Fisher was selected as a member of Sports Business Journal’s “Game Changers: Women in Sports Business” 2021 Class.   
In addition, Ms. Fisher spent several years at The Walt Disney Company working on various new growth initiatives to expand the Disney brand within the emerging fintech and digital wallets space. Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, Ms. Fisher spent over six years in investment banking where she advised media, entertainment and telecom companies on strategic mergers & acquisitions and capital structure transactions.  
Ms. Fisher graduated Magna Cum Laude with both a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Accounting from the Calloway School of Business at Wake Forest University, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. After gaining valuable experience in media and telecom investment banking, Ms. Fisher attended The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania as a Credit Suisse Fellow. She obtained her MBA with a focus in both Marketing and Management.  

Dave Abbott

Advisor - Data & Technology

Dave is an entrepreneurial executive with more than 20 years of global technology and product leadership experience possessing significant expertise in the sports technology and gaming industries.
Prior to joining U.S. Integrity, where he is currently the Chief Product Officer,  Dave spent more than a year at SharpLink Gaming, serving as the Chief Technology Officer. Abbot previously spent more than eight years at Sportradar (Nasdaq: SRAD), working as Senior Vice President of Innovation and Technology and rising to Managing Director of U.S. Sports Media, where he focused on the growth and development of the company’s media strategy in the United States.  Sportradar’s U.S.-based business traces its start to its 2014 acquisition of SportsData, a provider of sports-related live data and digital content co-founded by Dave in 2010.  The SportsData team built the infrastructure and user platforms for Sportradar’s entire data collection and data dissemination network.
Dave earned his MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology.

Andy Loughnane

Advisor - Team Operations

Andy Loughnane has served as President of Austin FC since the formation of the Club in January 2019, and his sports and entertainment background has encompassed leadership and sales roles across three major leagues in North America: MLS, NBA, and NHL. As President of Austin FC, Loughnane oversees all aspects of Austin FC’s business operations including: ticketing; sponsorship; merchandise; food & beverage; marketing; digital/social; broadcast; community impact; and stadium operations. 

Under Loughnane’s leadership, Austin FC has enjoyed one of the most successful launches in professional sports history. Austin FC completed construction of Q2 Stadium and St. David’s Performance Center ahead of the Club’s inaugural 2021 season, and Austin FC has since sold-out 100% of its regular season (and playoff) matches played at Q2 Stadium which allows Austin FC to own the longest active sellout streak in MLS. Austin FC has consistently ranked at/near the top of the League in multiple key performance areas across the Club’s first 3 seasons.

Loughnane was named “MLS Executive of the Year” by Major League Soccer in December 2022.
Prior to arriving in Austin, Loughnane served as President of Business Operations for the MLS club in Columbus from 2014 through the completion of the 2018 season. Prior to his tenure in Columbus, Loughnane oversaw all sponsorship and media sales initiatives as VP of Corporate Partnerships for the NBA’s Detroit Pistons from 2012 - 2014. Loughnane previously helped launch a major league franchise as a member of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets’ inaugural front office staff. Prior to his role with the Blue Jackets, Loughnane worked for the NHL’s Detroit Red Wings from 1996 – 2000 which included the franchise’s back-to-back Stanley Cup runs in 1996-1997 and 1997-1998.

Loughnane and Austin FC Sporting Director Rodolfo Borrell are responsible for jointly leading Austin FC’s overall operations, with Loughnane managing Business Operations and Borrell managing Soccer Operations.
